The Board of Directors approved, at a meeting on 06/09, the appointment of Gilberto Odilon Eggers to the Administrative Board, replacing Laércio Faria.

Eletrosul efficient building wins the Green Wave Trophy

Eletrosul won the Green Wave Trophy, for Environmental Management, the efficiency of project headquarters, located in Florianópolis (SC). On Friday (26/08), members of the R&D Office represented the company at the ceremony that honored the winners of the 23rd Ecology Expression Award, considered the largest environmental award of southern Brazil, with recognition of the Ministry of Environment.

Jirau donate its carbon credits for the Olympic Games

The shareholder companies of Energia Sustentável do Brasil (ESBR), concessionaire of the Jirau Hydroelectric Plant - Engie, Mitsui, Eletrosul and Chesf - donated 70,000 carbon credits for the Secretary of State for the Environment in Rio de Janeiro. The donation contributed to the Greenhouse Gas Emission Offset Greenhouse Project of the Olympic and Paralympic Games Rio 2016 - Program Clean Games.

Highest certification in energy efficiency

The Regional Centre for Maintenance and Support Operation Eletrosul in Sant'Ana do Livramento, State of Rio Grande do Sul, won the PBE Build label with level A, Energy Efficiency, issued by Inmetro. With the recognition, the company counts ten energy efficiency labels for buildings, distributed in five buildings.

Eletrosul extending deadline for partnership in transmission projects

Interested companies must register by August 26. Companies interested in composing partnership with Eletrosul for the establishment and operation of transmission projects, won the Auction ANEEL 004/2014 - Lot E, located in Mato Grosso do Sul State, can register until the 26th of August.
